Shipping Policy

AAWRUN products are shipped across India. We provide a Cash on Delivery payment option. 

We undertake international shipping with proper care and concern with end-to-end logistics service made easy and convenient to reach the customer's doorstep.

The products are packed with proper care and concern; special care is taken for the delivery of fragile items with the necessary precautions mentioned in the air cargo service.

• The shipment's page provides the expected delivery time, which is assured by us, it is dependent on our Shipping Partner.
• The Location, distance, and logistics partners all affect delivery timeframes. We will assist you in tracking down a parcel through our partner courier services, but we are not responsible for any delays in delivery made by the courier firm or postal authorities.
• Your goods can arrive to you in multiple packages from different places. You will, however, only be assessed a single delivery fee for the full transaction.
• As soon as your product with proper packaging is packed for Shipment, we will email you the tracking information.
• The Cash On Delivery option is not a trial option and payment is necessary before accepting the order. The COD option for further orders will be deactivated in the event that any COD orders are refused.
• Our shipping partners may not support COD in some PIN codes, so the option may not be accessible. Please call our customer WhatsApp Helpline at +91 7003383700 if you have any questions.
• If you have any specific delivery time needs, send us an email and include a note in the order stating when you would like it delivered. Although we will try to complete the order within the specified deadline, we cannot guarantee it.
• Safe and reputable courier services handle orders sent in India.
• Even though we employ some of the biggest logistical companies in India for shipping, their reach still limits our coverage. If your address is in an area that they do not service, we will get in touch with you to arrange a different way for your products to be delivered.
• Within three hours of placing the order, we must receive an email if there are any cancellations. Refunds won't be allowed once the order has been dispatched. If an order is cancelled at the doorstep or if our delivery partner has attempted to deliver the package thrice, we will not be able to complete any reimbursement.
• We ship internationally at AAWRUN, and there are fees to get to your destination within the specified time frame.
