Aawrun offers home decoration products starting from Cushion Covers, Bed Covers, kinds of Towels Basin, Bath, Beach), Napkins, Dohars, Fridge Tops, Sabai Grass Laundry Basket with related products, Cushion Fillers, Oven Gloves, Aprons, Bolster, Bed Mat, Sofa Back, Chair Pads, Table Mat Runner, Pumpkin Cushion, Perfumed Oil etc., -  you name it, and we have it at our Store.

How can I place an order?

For placement of the Order is simple. You just have to Add to the Cart of Aawrun Online for the Placement of an Order with the payment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Payment methods through Payment Gateways like UPI, PhonePe, and Net Banking, i.e., Digital and undertake Cash on delivery.

Can I track my order?

You can Track your Order through the Tracking System enabled by us for your delivery on time.

What is your return policy?

We undertake the return of supplied goods from the date of delivery up to 7 days only. We shall issue a Store Credit Memo regarding the value of the item returned so that you avail exchange facility.

How do I initiate a return?

You initiate a return of the commodity by filling up the necessary Form to exchange the item available on our website.

Do I need to cover the return shipping costs?

You may avail the facility of Shipping Cost, i.e. the occurrence of charge is normal. We do not take any charge if the value of the commodity is above Rs. ____/-.

How long does the refund process take?

The Refund process is normal and ranges between 15-20 days, or you may have sought any of your queries on our WhatsApp No. +91 90736 56666 and get the solution.

Can I exchange my item for a different product or size?

Yes, you have the option to exchange the product with the other items by Selecting and Paying the Difference of Amount regarding the size, you have preferred.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

You have selected the item from the Online or a Store, as you have personally picked the product from the Store, you must have seen its quality and then made the purchase, so the question of defective or damaged does not arrive. We have the quality control unit at the production unit, they take care during packing to the customers, so you must be least bothered about any damage or defective item.

Can I return an item I bought on sale?

No, as a Sale product, the item is not returnable. You have to look at the item thoroughly and then purchase it.

What if I received the wrong item?

We shall check the item that you placed an order with us and the item delivered to you, but generally, it does not happen as it is checked before the delivery to the customers.

How will I receive my refund?

You will receive the refund in a hassle-free way, just have the patience to wait for 15 days.

How do you handle shipping?

We have the facility of shipment, via Packing the item properly, special care is taken for the delivery of fragile items with the necessary precautions mentioned for the air cargo service.

Do you offer international shipping?

We undertake international shipping with proper care and concern with end-to-end logistics service made easy and convenient to reach the customer's doorstep.

Is it possible to update my shipping or billing address once an order has already been placed?

If the Order of the item you have selected is already in Shipment, then the necessary Address Change is not possible. You have to keep in mind, that from the next Order onwards, you may fill up the perfect address for a hassle-free service with less of worries.

Are your products eco-friendly?

The Sabai Grass products like laundry baskets, placemats, storage planters, and storage basket mats with cane wood items like cane dustbins, cane trays and cane laundry boxes are eco-friendly and ensure energy conservation. 

Can I get personalised or custom products?

All decorative items are personalised or customised in different sizes that will suit your requirements for brightening your interior decoration of the home.

Yes, we offer gift-wrapping services for the products purchased by you at a nominal extra cost for any occasion in any season.

Do you have any Physical Stores?

We have physical stores in locations like Kolkata in South City, Vardaan Market, Canning Street, and New Delhi at Karol Bagh. The company is on the verge of diversifying and looking for more stores in other cities.

Yes, for subscription just Fill out the Form available on our website. You will receive the Newsletter or Updates through Email intimation provided by you.

How do I maintain and care for your products?

The maintenance and caring solely depend on you as you get the time, you may wash the cushion covers, and bed covers on a washing machine with a good quality liquid detergent and make it dry in the sunshine and reuse it.

What if an item is out of stock?

The out-of-stock item will be available as soon as the stock fulfils your desire, as it is made by the artisans of the warehouse periodically. Book the Order to confirm, and you shall get the necessary item without worries.

Can I place an order via WhatsApp? 

You may place an Order on WhatsApp No. +91 90736 56666 by making necessary payments through the Payment Gateways to the organisation. You will receive a Confirmation of the Order and Payment by a message on WhatsApp itself.

Do you offer trade or bulk discounts for interior designers or businesses?

Yes, we offer trade or bulk discounts for fostering your interior decoration to the interior designers or running a business as a Franchisee for maintaining a relationship with valuable customers with quality products.
